Emergency Dental Care

Sudden severe toothache, a knocked-out tooth, swelling or a broken filling — call first.

Dental emergencies do not wait for a convenient day. Call the clinic before you travel, so we can prepare and tell you what to do on the way.

A knocked-out permanent tooth is the true emergency: keep it in milk or in your own saliva, do not scrub it, and get to us as fast as possible. Reimplantation gets harder by the minute.

For severe swelling of the face or gums, or pain that painkillers no longer touch, treat it as urgent. That is usually infection spreading, and it needs attention that day.

What the treatment includes

  • Priority assessment
  • Immediate pain relief
  • Infection control
  • Definitive treatment planning

Worth knowing

Call the clinic first on the number below — walking in unannounced during a full appointment book costs you time you may not have.

Questions about emergency dental care

My tooth was knocked out. What do I do right now?

Hold it by the crown, not the root. Do not scrub it. Put it in milk or keep it inside your cheek, and get to the clinic immediately — call on the way.

My face is swollen from a toothache. Can it wait?

No. Facial swelling means the infection is spreading beyond the tooth and needs treating the same day.
